Erika Schneider, a third generation Eagle resident, became a licensed real estate agent in 2013 to assist her husband with Schneider Custom Homes. Finding a passion for helping others with their buying, selling, building, and remodeling needs she decided to shift gears and focus exclusively on real estate after a 17 year career in Information Technology.
Her prior professional background includes systems analysis, project management, and continuous improvement. Her past experience is an asset in real estate. She is skilled at listening and gathering requirements to identify and prioritize client needs and wants. She is an expert at interpreting data which is crucial when preparing and assessing comparative reports to establish market value of your investment. She has experience collaborating and communicating effectively with multiple parties. She is proactive, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
In addition, she is very knowledgeable about the home building and remodeling process. She has hands-on experience using home design software. This is especially useful if you have ideas for a space and want to mock-up some possibilities to help visualize and aid in your decision making.

Following Bishop Kelly High School, Erika graduated with Honors, Magna Cum Laude from Washington State University. She is certified as a Project Management Professional from PMI, Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola Solutions, and GREEN designee from National Association of REALTORS®. She is also a 2019 BRR Circle of Excellence Production Award Recipient.
